Looking for a safer way to meet in-person for our Mixed-Age Family classes?
Host your own Music Together® Pod!
**We are currently not running Winter Session classes.
Please check back in the Spring.**
What is a Music Together® Pod?
A Music Together® pod is a group of 4 families that attends an outdoor private class at a host home. Families agree to adhere to social distancing guidelines and safety protocols while making music together in person. We have a limited number of spaces available for pod classes.
How does it work?
A host family agrees to hold classes outdoors at their private residence. Families bring their own blankets to sit on and place themselves a minimum of 10 feet apart. Each host is responsible for creating a pod of families that all of the families are comfortable interacting with. All host locations are subject to licensing rules and approval from Music Together®. Any specific pod will not and cannot be advertised publicly. Only members of the pod may attend classes during the session.
What does each pod receive?
Each pod will receive a full session of Music Together® classes:
8 weekly 45-minute classes
Beautifully illustrated song book and CD from the Bongos Collection (one per family)
Music Together cinch-up backpack and car magnet
Parent Education Materials
Access to all online Music Together resources including the "Hello Everybody" App, digital downloads and videos on the Family Music Zone and printables for at home music making activities.
A bag of pre-sanitized music instruments to use in class and at home during the session. Instrument bags must be returned at the end of session or a replacement fee will apply.
A gift for host family at the end of session!
What is the cost?
Tuition ranges $250-375 per family. Costs vary depending on a variety of factors including the number of families participating and the size of host space.
